Laser treatment began on September 14, 2015. The 10th and final treatment was on October 23, 2015.  

  1. Please describe the symptom of your Morton’s neuroma prior to laser treatment:

Pain was sharp, tingling and felt like my sock was bunched up under my toes. Pain was intermittent but became constant in the last 3 or so months prior to treatment. Pain was in the upper quartile. The bunched-up sock sensation was constant.

  1. Did your Morton’s neuroma interfere with activities of daily living or quality of life?

Absolutely. When pain was present, walking was difficult.

Probably 20 years prior to laser treatment

  1. What treatments have you had for your Morton’s neuroma prior to laser treatment?

I had several steroid injections. Tried orthotic devices and homemade shoe modifications with very limited success.

  1. Describe improvement following laser treatment.

At the conclusion of treatment, I would say relief was about 70% but it continued to improve as time went on.

I would rate my improvement at 90%

I get occasional pain, but it is less than before and occurs rarely

It’s been over 3 years so I’m pretty stable
